Refund Policy
Thank you in advance for purchasing our product! We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Due to our products being handmade, all items are final and non-refundable. If your Order is received and inspected, and eligible for a refund you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved refunds are processed within 5 business days depending on your banking institution and original method of payment.
Return Policy
K-Dazzle Designs LLC return policy will last 30 days. After 30 days we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. In order for your purchased item(s), to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As well as, in the original packaging. Gift cards are non- returnable.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to K-Dazzle Designs LLC, 551 St. Louis Avenue, Youngstown, OH 44511.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
